Yes, we can check you in at any time.

How can I pay for my room?
Cash or credit card upon arrival.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but we kindly ask you to do so as soon as possible.

Are the bed sheets and towels provided?
Yes

Can I cook at the residence?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with a stove and the shared kitchen downstairs is also at your disposal. In any case, you are responsible for cleaning-up and for keeping the kitchen area clean. You also have access to a take-out menu with a variety of restaurants that deliver.

Are there any stores nearby?
Yes, at walking distance from the residence, you have a grocery store, a drug store and a couple of restaurants.

Is there WIFI?
Yes, you can access the internet free of charge. 

Are all rooms equipped with a private bathroom?
Yes (However, shampoo and hairdryer are not provided)

Can I have access to parking?
Yes, free parking is at your disposal.

Is there a laundry room at the residence?

Yes

Can I have a room with two beds?
We do not have any rooms with two beds.

Is there a maximum number of people per room?
Yes, two people.

Can I smoke in the room? Where can I smoke?
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the building. You can smoke on the balcony and in the shared yard.

Is there a TV in the rooms?
No, but we have some TV rooms on each floor of the building, a play room (pool table, ping pong) on the ground floor, as well as a gym with a hot tub.

Is the cleaning done every day? 

No, during your stay, you are in charge of cleaning your room and doing your own laundry (for longer stays). Upon your departure, your apartment needs to be clean (we will take care of the bedding laundry), you must wash the dishes and take your garbage downstairs to the trash room. If there is any substantial cleaning to be done, fees may be applied before your departure.

Can I easily get downtown? 

Yes, several bus lines take you to different subway stations.
